9/25/23 - Pouring One Out for Rochester's Illegal Townhouses

The ZAP proposes that all townhouses facing a street be at least 20' wide going forward, so we spent a day photographing all of Rochester's narrower-than-twenty-foot townhouses in memoriam. It was nice knowing you. It should go without saying that we don't think townhouses should have a minimum width (or a lot coverage requirement, or be banned from having vinyl siding for that matter - all things the ZAP does).
